*\"widi-music recognition system\" would definitely be my weapon of choice ... if my small, private project (converting just a couple of soundfiles to midi) would allow for a (muchmuch ... extreme...!) high budget**.

creating a software for conversion from mere soundwaves into \"music notationesque\" midi files really is a demanding task ...
